The Raven Banner allows you to search for material in two way: by keywords as a "free text" search for words in the documents themselves. Note that the "free text" search will only work in our document files, and will only search and display those files which we have archived locally. Keyword searchs access our database and return finds based on the contents of the documents meta-tags, which are included in our database. This type of search works for all of our material, and can be broken down to search through a particular category or subcategory. We suggest that you use this method, as we think you will find it somewhat more useful than our purely document search engine. |

Use this form to perform a keyword
search through our database of materials. First set the search terms, then set the categories
you wish to look through and tell us if you'd like to find pages
containing ALL the words, or just any one of them: then hit
the 'Go" button. Your results will be displayed on a seperate
screen.

Use this form to perform a free text search through the files. This is not a particularly effective option: it will return hits from the JavaScript, meta tags and other invisible things that may be in the page. But, it can be quite useful. Just enter as many words as you like separated by spaces, and tell us if you'd like to find pages containing ALL the words, or just any one of them, and hit the 'Go' button. Your results will be displayed on a seperate screen. |
